01 General Terms and Applicability

fincywin allows each user to operate only one account. If multiple accounts are identified for the same person, all accounts will be closed and bonuses along with earned benefits may be forfeited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

fincywin provides convenient deposit and withdrawal services via local payment methods for users in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Deposits from third-party accounts or methods registered in another person's name are not accepted.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes.

• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• fincywin may temporarily hold unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests for review.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

fincywin offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. To receive the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) must be met.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit), total balance ৳17,000.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be applied once; claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular active participation. The benefits and terms of each tier are set by fincywin and are subject to change.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing sports betting, casino games, slots, and live casino games on fincywin:

General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet or game round is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, fincywin may declare that round void.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting any bug or error in the game software will not be considered valid.
• All games on fincywin are operated using a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Sports Betting

• Betting odds may change at any time; the odds at the time of confirmation apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In uncertain situations (undetermined outcomes), fincywin's decision is final.

Maximum Win Limits

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on fincywin. Violating these rules may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or under another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple identities or methods.
• Intentionally exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the game software.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Any form of arbitrage betting or colluding with others to place bets.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's funds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.
• Attempting to hack any fincywin system or conducting a cyberattack.

11 Limitation of Liability

fincywin always strives to provide a safe and reliable platform. However, fincywin will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a problem with a third-party payment provider's service.
